Eligibility & Requirements
The following conditions apply to both the Nasscom FutureSkills Prime Job Guarantee and the Premium Certification Track programmes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Enrolled in an eligible certified programme.
- Full fee paid (including GST).
- All academic, conduct, and placement engagement guidelines are followed.
- Hold a valid Graduate degree at the time of completion of PRP.
Academic & Course Completion
- All assessments, vivas, and projects must be completed and submitted, including the Placement Readiness Module.
- Minimum 60% marks in evaluations and 70% attendance in live classes.
- Complete the certification within one year of programme commencement (1.5 years for the Executive Course).
- Extensions granted only for documented medical emergencies or serious personal issues, subject to approval.
Academic Integrity
- Submissions are AI-proctored. All vivas and presentations are recorded.
- Zero tolerance for plagiarism or copying. Disqualification upon detection.
- Additional presentation or viva rounds may be scheduled if anomalies are found.
Placement Engagement
- Mandatory completion of CV building, industry expert interview, PRP session attendance, and all planned submissions.
- Apply to at least 3 relevant roles per week and report activity to the placement team weekly.
- Mandatory appearance for 3 interviews arranged by AnalytixLabs.
- Respond to placement team communication within 24 hours.
Refund Terms
- If you don't land a Qualifying Position within 6 months and meet all requirements, you may apply for a refund of 50% of the course fee.
- Your 6-month placement window starts only after you complete both your certification and the mandatory PRP (maximum 3 months post-certification).
- Refund requests must be submitted within 21 days after the 6-month period ends.
For Undergraduate Students
- Timely re-engagement: Reconnect with the Placement team as soon as you become eligible for internships or full-time roles.
- Placement window: Initiate placement support no later than the beginning of your final year. Requests outside this window may not be accommodated.
- Extended graduation timelines: Placement support cannot be extended beyond the originally expected graduation date if delayed due to backlogs or arrears.
- Skill refresh: If skill gaps are identified, revision modules will be assigned before proceeding. These are provided at no additional cost.
Disqualification Scenarios
- Rejecting qualifying offers or ghosting interviews.
- Failure to submit work on time or participate in placement efforts.
- Plagiarism or dishonesty during coursework or evaluations.
- Taking jobs in unrelated fields or outside prescribed roles.
- Communication lapses or non-responsiveness.
- Lack of improvement after repeated feedback from AnalytixLabs or hiring companies despite multiple interview opportunities.

A comprehensive, 2-month industry-aligned module included with all eligible courses. It equips you with the technical and soft skills required for successful employment.
What PRP Includes
Assessment Requirements
To earn the certification and begin PRP, you must complete AI-proctored assessments including case studies, MCQs, and viva evaluations. Two attempts are allowed per assessment. A minimum score of 60% is required in each test and section to pass.
How Does the Placement Readiness Program Work?
The PRP is a structured journey designed to bridge the gap between learning and landing a job. Here’s how it works:
- Enrollment: Start by enrolling in the program recommended by our learning advisor, tailored to your experience and profile.
- Training & Certification Completion: Complete the training program within a year, which includes assignments, projects, vivas, and other mandatory eligibility criteria for certification.
- Placement Eligibility: To qualify for the Placement Readiness Program (PRP), students must submit a live integrated case study based on their certification coursework.
- Placement Readiness Program (PRP): Once eligible, you’ll enter an intensive, industry-aligned module focused on real-world readiness, which includes:
- Advanced coaching in technical and soft skills (note: does not include basic English communication training)
- Interview-focused recaps of key concepts
- Hands-on practice through tests and case studies
- Placement Days simulating actual recruitment drives
- Mock interviews conducted by experienced industry professionals
- Personalized feedback and one-on-one guidance for improvement
Who Can Benefit from the Placement Readiness Program?
Here is a list of candidates who would benefit from these learning tracks:
- Undergrad (B.Tech/B.E/BSc/BCA) students in engineering, science, mathematics, statistics and econometrics.
- Grad (MS/MTech/ME/MBA/MCA) students in engineering, science, management, mathematics, statistics and econometrics.
- For non-STEM backgrounds: Profile will be evaluated on a case-to-case basis at the time of counselling.
- Working professionals: Developers, Business Intelligence Professionals, Business Analysts, Data Analysts, Startup teams building ML products/services, Product managers, Program managers, Managers, etc.
Eligibility Requirements
- Age and Education: Participants must be 18 years or older and possess a full-time Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
- English Proficiency: Proficiency in spoken and written English is required, as assessed through initial interactions with the counselling team. Some candidates may be advised to work on their communication skills before the PRP.
- Work Eligibility: Participants must be legally eligible to work in India.
