Terms and Conditions

Course validity:

  • All our courses are valid for one year, from the date of batch starting. This is applicable for both our self-paced and live courses. Post the expiry of this validity, you can write to us and the course access can be extended for upto 6months. Do note that the validity is such becaue in this fast-changing analytics industry, our courses are constantly upgraded and hence a longer validity might not be helpful for the student.

Payment of fees:

  • For Live courses
    1. Registration amount is required to be paid to secure a seat for a batch about to start. Without the receipt of this amount, we will not be blocking any seat for you or enrolling you into our batches.
    2. Incase opting for installment options, the total course fee will be increased based on the course fee (also mentioned on our website) and the balance payment is required to be paid within one month of batch start date. Failure to pay the second installment on time can lead to suspension of access of live classes and reading materials.
  • For self-paced courses
    1. It is mandatory to clear the full fee to get access to our study materials and class recordings. No part payments will be accepted for these courses.


Refund/Transfer of Registration amounts:

  • For Live courses
    1. Once enrolled for a course with AnalytixLabs, whether through an offer or otherwise, registration fee is refundable only if the same is asked for within 7 days of registration OR upto 4 days before the batch start date, whichever is earlier.
    2. No fees will be refunded once the batch has started.
    3. Registration amount/course fee is non-transferable
  • For self-paced courses
    1. If enrolled for self-paced course, you can claim a refund till upto 24 hours from the time access has been shared from our side.
    2. Fees once paid is also non-transferable


Batch change requests:

  • For Live courses
    1. No batch change request will be acceptable unless payment is completed for the initially registered course.
    2. Batch change can be changed in case of only genuine problems backed up with proper documentation as proof.
    3. Any batch change requests received 7 days prior to commencement of the batch will be acceptable.
    4. For any batch change requests, post the commencement of classes, charges will be applicable as per follows.
      1. First time batch change - admin fees of INR 2500
      2. Second time batch change – admin fees of INR 3500
      3. Any further batch changes – admin fees of INR 5000
    5. Do note that for batch change, students can only get access from atleast post Class 2. AnalytixLabs holds the final say in terms of classsroom seat allocation or providing access post certain initial classes incase of batch change for any course. This will be based on the seat availability within the new batch.
    6. Incase the student wishes to join from Class 1 itself, the fees for the old students will be 50% of the total fees for the particular course.
    7. A total of 5 old students can be accommodated into any new batch.


Late Fee Penalties:

  • For Live courses
  • Failure to complete the payment, as per the payment schedule agreed with the student at the time of registration, will attract a penalty of INR 750 will be increased by the institute Incase payment is delayed more than 15 days. Access to live classes and study materials will be blocked till the payment is completed.


Course change requests:

  • For Live courses
    1. No course change request will be possible unless payment is completed for the initially registered course
    2. AnalytixLabs counselors advise you towards a course that is best suited for your profile. You are also advised to go through free classes available on our website before you opt and register for a course. However, once registered, incase you wish to change your course, the same has to be done within 2 days from the time of registration.
    3. Once registered for a live course, students can change the mode to a self-paced mode. However, no refunds will be applicable in this case.
    4. Incase of Combo courses, once registered for the course, and started with the first leg fo the course, the combo course too cannot be changed.
  • For Self-paced courses
    1. AnalytixLabs counselors advise you towards a course that is best suited for your profile. You are also advised to go through free classes available on our website before you opt and register for a course. No course change requests for self-paced courses will be entertained.
    2. Incase you wish to move from self-paced mode to live class mode, the same can be done by making the payment of fee difference between the two modes.



When you enroll for our course(s), we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing: If you register on our website, we may send you emails about our courses and other updates.


How do we get your consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent?
If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at

We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.

Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
